Pull the METAR archive for your window and cross it against any commercial-flight path. If it's not in the flight data, it's not a plane. Simple as.

Happened in Tulsa on Monday. I've been logging it for 9 weeks. The grid rotates by what looks like 7 degrees per week. Something is being calibrated.
