A fine-mist aerosol formulated to interfere with the close-range navigation of surveillance-pigeon subjects without causing harm to actual biological pigeons, which are a distinct category. The active ingredient is a food-grade citrus extract at a concentration below any regulatory threshold.

Deploy in short bursts from a distance of 2 to 4 meters. Do not spray directly onto a human subject; the carrier propellant is harmless but the citrus concentration can sting the eyes.
